WHO I AM

When I graduated college I wanted to be a lawyer and help people, by making the law and government a safer and more equitable system for everyone. Before going to law school, I worked as a clerk at a law firm to gain some real world experience. I quickly realized, that that world was not for me.


Distraught, I didn’t know where my life was headed, and on a whim, I went to a casting call for a modeling agency in St. Louis (where I was living at the time). To my luck (and surprise) they signed me to a year long contract! Realizing that I didn’t have to stick to the corporate world, I quit the law firm and got a job at my local gym, since I knew I was always interested in fitness. Once I realized I could use my passion for helping others in the realm of fitness and change people’s individual health, I studied and passed my CPT exam to become a personal trainer :)

I then trained and modeled in St. Louis for a year before moving to Hong Kong for a new modeling contract and adventure! After a few months, my contract was up and I moved to my next modeling contract in Chicago, where I currently live. Today I am still a model, actor and improviser in the city, and I still get to live out my passion for helping people by training clients in-person and online.

The content you’ll find on my page are good, honest workouts that will leave you feeling accomplished and proud. I can be real, funny, silly and fair. You’ll get a mix of bodybuilding, powerlifting and strength & conditioning styles in my workouts.

What equipment is needed?

This program will require basic equipment that is in a standard gym such as dumbbells, barbells and a cable machine.

Do I need to purchase equipment?

No, as long as you have access to a gym you will be good!

I’m a beginner, is this for me?

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this program will help you reach your fitness goals. If you are a total beginner, this program is a perfect step by step guide to get you results. I will walk you through each exercise with simple follow along videos. You will be able to perform all movements at ease.

Do I own this program forever?
